My day usually kicks off with a big cup of coffee (non-negotiable!) and checking in with clients. I answer texts and emails, schedule showings, and confirm appointments. It’s all about staying ahead of the day before it even really begins.
Late Morning: House Tours & Market Research 🏡
Once the admin work is wrapped, it’s time to hit the road. I tour new listings for clients and check out what’s hitting the Wilsonville and surrounding area markets. Staying current helps me spot the perfect homes before they even officially hit everyone’s radar!
Afternoon: Paperwork & Negotiations 📑✍️
Contracts, offers, disclosures, oh my! The middle of the day is usually dedicated to making sure the behind-the-scenes details are handled flawlessly. Whether it’s crafting an irresistible offer or negotiating repairs, this part of the day can be intense — but I love every second of it.
Evening: Celebrations with Clients 🎉
There’s no better feeling than telling a buyer their offer was accepted or helping a seller close successfully. Some evenings are spent at final walk-throughs, while others are about celebrating exciting milestones.
